Mandy Herbig

I was born in Frankfurt Germany as a military baby. Upon returning to the States when I was 2 years old. I was raised in Iowa around the Quad Cities area. I started working for Culver’s restaurant my senior year in high school. This is where I met my husband. I have spent the last 19 years in the restaurant business starting out by managing the Clinton, Iowa Culver’s from 2001-2005 then relocating to Freeport Illinois and managing that store from 2005-2013. In 2013 My husband and I took the final leap and decided to open our very own Culver’s in Newton Iowa. After years of traveling to the Gulf Shores we decided we wanted to call this place home. In 2017 my husband and I decided to make the move to paradise and build a successful restaurant from the ground up with our 3 kids. While searching for and buying our dream home it made me realize how much I enjoyed the process. It gave me the interest in helping others find their dream home. By using my passion for severing others and meeting new people is what inspired me to get my real estate license and pursuing it as my career.

When I’m not working and taking care of my family I love to be out in nature. My hobbies include running, biking, kayaking, hiking and beach combing. I also volunteer with the organization : Share The Beach where we work together to identify and protect the nesting sea turtles and their habitat. There are many great way to get involved in community and to make a this world a better place for the future generations to come. I love Baldwin County, the people and active lifestyle this wonderful location provides.

I want to provide all my clients with not only a place to call home but also an investment into their family’s future happiness.
